| Why can't I watch videos? |
First, you must have the Flash plugin to watch video on StageChannel.com
Also, this site is optimized for broadband connections but can be accessed by all users. We provide you with three different speed options, so that you can choose the version most appropriate to your connection speed. Slower connections will receive a preview that is smaller and has fewer frames per second.
Please be aware: DIalup connections may require an extended load time before video starts playing.

Why are the show listings only for Chicago?

The Stage Channel is based in Chicago and currently only provides show information for the Chicago area.

| Why are there no online ticketing links for some shows? |
The Stage Channel simply provides links to existing online ticketing services. If the producer does not offer online ticketing, there will be neither a link in the show info nor a button on the Stage Channel remote.

| Can my organization license The Stage Channel structure or content? |
Absolutely. We offer XML access to our data, customized search and results interfaces, and a private label license that gives you access to your own version of The Stage Channel's front and back end structure. Contact us at licensing@stagechannel.com for more details
